That said, the overall aesthetic of the grain combinations and color pairing are always top of mind and remain consistent from piece to piece.

All products are made to order. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to craft your item. After that, shipping typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Because each item is handmade to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, if your item arrives damaged or breaks within the first 30 days of receiving it, please contact us with a photo and we’ll make it right.

We recommend keeping your wooden product away from extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, and prolonged moisture. For platters and food-safe items, occasional oiling with a food-grade mineral oil will help keep the wood conditioned and looking its best.

We offer free local dropoff on orders over $100 within a 20-mile radius of Bend, Oregon. If your order qualifies, we’ll reach out after purchase to coordinate a delivery time that works for you.

Absolutely! We use recyclable and eco-friendly materials for our packaging. Even our tape is made from 100% kraft paper, with no PE coating and no chemical inks—so it’s completely plastic-free. You can recycle it along with the cardboard box, no separation needed. Plus, it's biodegradable, breaking down naturally over time. We're committed to reducing waste and protecting the environment with every order we ship.

Yes and yes! All products come with the necessary hardware for hanging.
